Residential Mental Health Agency
Transitional Services, Inc. (TSI) is a community residence program serving individuals diagnosed with mental illness. TSI provides congregate care housing and supportive services to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Specialty units include services for young adults (ages 18-21) and those dually diagnosed with both a mental illness and substance abuse history. TSI assists residents with achieving their greatest potential and independence. Sites are located throughout Buffalo, Lackawanna, and Amherst.
