What is your primary product or service?
We are a residential HVAC Contractor. We service all Makes & Models. We carry Rheem & Heil Heating & Cooling Products. Also a complete line of Aprilaire indoor air quality products, such as Humidifirers, Air Cleaners, Thermostat's etc. We also carry RGF Phi-Cells (photo-hydro-ionization "PHI") Germicidal Lamp products that will reduce mold & bacteria in your home, individual room or even your car or truck. Have A+ rating with the B.B.B. & H.I.C.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Father started Business and i have been working for him since the age of 12, now 45. Have been doing Heating & Cooling all of my life!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have an excellent staff in place. Each technician, Service or Installation's are certified and also really enjoy what they do. We are very focused on doing the job right the first time, no corners are cut. We have an excellent reputation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 Location and. We recently in 2008 moved from So. Bflo to Cheektowaga. We went from a 2000 sg. ft. place to a 5400 sg. ft. bldg. We have 9 full time employee's and consider each and every employee the most valuable asset of the company.
