How long have you been in business?
I have been in the mortgage business for over 25 years and have owned and operated MultiSource Funding, Inc. for over 13 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Any product associated with a mortgage. Purchase, refinance, first mortgage, second mortgage, new construction, FHA, VA, SONYMA, 30 year fixed, 25 year fixed, 20 year fixed, 15 year fixed and 10 year fixed. This along with 24/7 availability and great service
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Out of College I was solicited to enter a Management Development program with a local bank and was eventually moved into the mortgage department. I have worked in Commercial, residential, branch offices, Florida, and ran an office out of WNY which covered from Delaware to Maine.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Expertise and a strong ethical background. My customers come back and refer familyh and friends because we provide a wonderful service at a resonable cost. We don't want to be the cheapest but we do want to be the best value for your dollar.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We can originate any mortgage throughout New York State from our Buffalo office and we are also licensed in Florida since 1986. We work out of North Port Florida and Buffalo for that state

We are conveniently located on Cayuga Road (247), right by Genessee street and off the dick/cayuga road exit of the 33.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are usually paid directly by the bank we do business with and our customer only need to pay for there appraisal.

We are open from 8:30am to 5:00pm daily but do keep appointment hours both after hours and on weekends.
