Main Street Children's Academy offers each child a welcoming and cozy environment with a family-friendly atmosphere The mixture of small class sizes, dedicated teachers and an age appropriate early childhood curriculum, allows children in our center to build skills at their own pace. Our program is rich in music, dance, art and foreign language as well as math, science, practical life skills and socialization. Our environment is both safe and stimulating for each child to grow and learn. We pride ourselves with ability to create and adapt our program to each child's individual needs, and having long term relationships with families and friends of children attending.
We are conveniently located in Williamsville near all major roads leading to workplace. Our indoor facility is well equipped to encourage both small and large motor development. Our classrooms are designed for learning through play as well as teacher directed small group activities. Our outdoor play space extends beyond a fun and stimulating playground area to 11 acres of wooded land with five nature trails waiting to be explored!
This facility is operating year round and in addition to regular programs offers the Emergency Care Service, for occasional care, as well as Corporate Agreements for partial subsidies.
We care for overall wellbeing of each child. In addition to educational component, we provide attractive, healthy and nutritionally rich meals for breakfast, lunch and snack, where food is prepared on site, using fresh ingredients and made from scratch. In addition, parents have a choice to have their children enjoy a delicious and age appropriate infant menu including the fortified formula.

What is your primary product or service?
We provide exceptional childcare services for children from birth to 12 years of age. Our programs are consisted of following groups:
INFANT ROOM:
Loving care for our youngest, providing them with warmth of personal care, small groups, long term, steady and highly experienced caregivers, trained to work on child development and monitor their developmental milestones. We hand feed our youngest children, play, sing and dance talk and learn toll they are ready for their next step.
TODDLER ROOM:
Here chidren do a lot of physical activities engaging their newly developed walking skills, they learn how to follow directions, use the bathroom, wash their hands, play in a group, have first computer skills, learn how to draw, use words and many other fun things. They learn how to eat family style and try many different foods. At this age they make many friends and start developing their social skills.
PRESCHOOL ROOM:
Chidren get ready for the Kindergarten in this age group. Preschool program is consisted of many fun and learning activities, such as Language Activities, pre-writtng/Pre-reading, Math and Science, Art/Music/Dance/Crafts, Physical Activities, Practical Life Skills, and much more. All our children get an opportunity to exceed Kindergarten requirements. We go on many field trips and also have visitors to our center. All children are evaluated two times per year at what time parent/teacher conferences are scheduled.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always wanted to teach and schooled to be a Professor. My young son has inspired me to open my first Day Care Center when he was a little boy, almost 30 years ago.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very small and personable program focusing on childs individual needs rather than average child standard expectation , and our feeling is that it will best help our children grow healthy and ready for upcoming life challenges.
